Overview

1.FAR160MR/200MR/270MR/350MR/380MR are Hydraulic Bore Pile Rigs with winch crowd interchangeable accessories to perform different method of piling and ground engineering work.

Our Various Modes Are:

2.Apart from Standard Kelly Drilling And Continuous Flight Auger set-up, addition main set-up sub-assemblies are as follows;
a.Hydraulic Stabilizer at center weight*2
b.Extended mast*1
c.Cat head*2
d.Drill string clamp of Lower mast*1
e.Tilt support*2
f.Rear Support*2

3.DSM Mode, mobilization & Demobilization steps:
Installation:
a) On site 25 ton capacity Crane to assist *2
b)Install extended mast when main mast is at the horizontal position (bolts & nuts are to be tightened)
c) Install Hydraulic stabilizer*2 at counter weight. Technician requires to bolt-up the screws/nuts, connects the hydraulic hoses/tubes and connects electrical system
d) Install DSM Rotary head (Only 200DM Bore Pile Rig is common)
e) Install Read Support*2. Assisted by the 25 ton capacity cranes. Firstly install the upper joint on top mast at horizontal position. Follow by rising up the main mast with the rear support (top attached to main mast) and with the assistance of 25 ton capacity crane spread-out the rear support to the counter weight area and bolt-down.
f) Upon all main mast & rear support installed in order, proceed to install the drill strings, drill tools and finally the concrete pipes/hoses tocomplete.


Demobilization:
1) 0n site 25 ton capacity crane to assist*2
2) Retract/keep bottom mast/Extended Mast
3) Remove drill stringsdrill toolsand concrete pipes/hoses
4) Unbolt/unpin the rear support with cranes assistance
5) Retract/keep hydraulic cylinders
6) With the assistance from the 25 ton crane, lower the main mast with the rear support pinned at top
7) Retract/keep counter weight hydraulic stabilizer
8) Remove DSM Rotary head (Only 200DM Bore Pile Rig Rotary is common


Working Principle:
DSM Rotary primary extraction is from the main winch function. In the lower part of the mast crowding phase, it will be switched over to the auxiliary winch to perform this function. This function enables the rotary to travel to max height to gain max stroke.


4.Impact Hammer installation & demobilization
I
nstallation:
1) 0n site 25 ton capacity cranes assist*2
2) Install Extended mast when mast is at horizontal point (bolts & nuts are to be tightened)
3) Install hydraulic stabilizer* 2 at counter weight. Technician requires bolting up the screws/nuts, connects the hydraulic hoses/tubes and connects the electrical system.
4) Position & install hydraulic Impact Hammer. Connect up all respective hoses.
5) Install Read Support“2. Assisted by the 25 ton capacity cranes. Firstly install the upper joint on top mast at horizontal position. Follow by rising up the main mast with the rear support (top attached to main mast) and with the assistance of 25 ton capacity crane spread-out the rear support to the counter weight area and bolt-down.
6) Upon all main mast & rear support installed in order, proceed to lift the hammer together with the piles in position to be driven.


Demobilization:
1) 0n site 25 ton capacity crane to assist*2
2) Retract/keep bottom mast/Extended Mast
3) Remove drill strings, drill tools, and concrete pipes/hoses
4) Unbolt/unpin the rear support with cranes assistance
5) Retract/keep hydraulic cylinders
6) With the assistance from the 25 ton crane, lower the main mast with the rear support pinned at top
7) Retract/keep counter weight hydraulic stabilizer


Working Principle:
Main winch will be used to hoist the hydraulic Impact hammer. With the linear/vertical set-up, lift the pile together with the hammer to the required height/position. Ensure mast verticality while driving the pile.
